Scope of Review : Support of all departments

Purpose : Review of immediate concerns in month of March

System: Understand the current practices of support to Projects in terms of training, formulating Standard operating Procedures, Number of quality engineers trained, Sites visited to conduct quality classes to teams


Commercial: Understand the current practices of support to projects in terms of delivery of tools and material to projects

Sales: Understand the current practices of support to projects in terms of sales orders and details of new customers

HR: Understand the current practices of HR support to projects

Financial: Review of pending requirement’s of laptops and tools

Representatives : HODs, PM/DMs, GM and Convener

Activities intended to produce creation of knowledge, organization of knowledge, and/or application of knowledge with Number of Standard operating Procedures formulated under ISO 9000 and six sigma procedure


Activities intended to elicit educational change in a learner or group of learners in technician and engineers category
